Your first visit
At your first visit, we record your medical and dental history and carry out a thorough intraoral and extraoral clinical examination. Diagnostic examinations are performed as needed to build a complete clinical picture and make an accurate diagnosis.

Cleaning and sterilisation
Instrument sterilisation is fundamental at our clinics. As in a hospital setting, all instruments are processed according to strict protocols.

Ultrasonic cleaning with disinfectant solution.
Rinsing and drying
Complete rinsing and drying of the instruments.
Class B autoclave
Instruments are sealed in pouches and sterilised in a class B autoclave.
The class B autoclave is designed to eliminate microorganisms. Its operation is checked through certified daily, weekly and monthly tests.
Single-use protection
Protective drapes, bibs, cups, aspirator tips, sheets and dental dams are strictly single-use. Treatment kits are prepared and individually sealed.
All clinicians wear CE-marked protective equipment, gloves and single-use masks. Equipment and surfaces that may be contaminated are covered with protective barriers.
