Data processed and purposes

Through the appointment request form, we collect the identifying and contact details that you provide voluntarily (first name, last name, email, telephone and message). We use this data solely to respond to your request and arrange an appointment (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Only where you give specific, optional consent will we use your email address to send information and promotional communications about the clinic's services (legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@nardinocchiodontoiatria.it.

Any health information that you choose to include in your message will be processed solely to manage your request for care (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR).

Processing and retention

Data is processed using IT systems with appropriate security measures. Requests submitted through the form are delivered to the clinic's email inbox and retained for as long as needed to manage the request. If you subsequently become a patient, relevant data is retained as required by law for clinical records.

Recipients

Data is neither published nor sold to third parties. It may be accessed by authorised clinic staff and by technical suppliers that provide website hosting and email delivery, appointed as processors where required.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to info@nardinocchiodontoiatria.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
